Model and store availability
The product page lists Samsung, LG, Android TV, Fire Stick and several other TV platforms. That does not guarantee every model year is supported. Check the entry in your own TV store and the developer link. Record the identifier shown inside the app; the television’s hardware MAC in network settings may not be the same identifier.
Manage M3U through the device portal
Open the official playlist-management page linked by the app. Match the requested device/MAC identifier to the app display and add your personal M3U URL. Use KAPTAN IPTV as the list name. Fill any additional verification fields according to your actual app version rather than assuming every release uses another player’s Device Key workflow. Save, then refresh the TV list or reopen the app.
Make two checks after activation
The player’s licence status and the IPTV account’s active status are separate checks. A licence warning points to app terms; a loaded list with failed playback requires checking the account, connection and source. Do not assume a fixed software price: read the current developer payment terms. Stop any stream on another device and give support the app name, model and error text.
