Find the app’s device information
Open the app and record the MAC address and Device Key it displays. Do not automatically substitute the MAC found in the television’s general network settings. Use the player’s own displayed information. Keep the key out of public photos. If support needs details, share only what is necessary in the relevant private conversation with the exact app name.
Manage the playlist in the official portal
Use Manage Playlists at iboplayer.pro. After verification with MAC and Device Key, add the supplied personal link in the supported playlist field. Save the name KAPTAN IPTV. Do not switch to another IBO product’s activation page. Refresh the television’s list or reopen the app afterwards instead of repeatedly creating duplicate entries when a change is not immediately visible.
Licence, access and playback
The player licence is independent of your Kaptan plan’s duration. If the app opens but playback fails, check the account status, saved playlist and any stream running elsewhere. Compare other content if only one channel fails. TV model and audio/video format can also affect playback. Send support the version and error text without exposing the full device key publicly.
