Record the developer and package ID

Open the store listing and record the full product name, developer and operating system. For example, the Google Play entry com.cinarsoft.streamplayer states M3U/M3U8 support; that does not make it the same product as an older A&R Technologies app. This guide does not merge every similarly named player into one product. Sharing the store link with support helps establish which instructions apply.

Add a list using the confirmed method

For a product with confirmed M3U/M3U8 support, enter the personal link in its playlist field. Do not assume separate Xtream account fields exist if the app does not show them. Do not use another product’s activation portal when no device-activation method is present. Name the list KAPTAN IPTV when requested. Check the complete URL, accidental spaces and account status if the list fails to load.

Confirm function before paying

An activation page may sell only software access, not a content subscription. Clarify what each payment activates. Test live TV and VOD separately; missing programme listings do not necessarily mean a broken playlist. If the problem persists, provide the developer, app version, device model and error message. Return to the correct product’s help source instead of hunting for menus shown in another app’s tutorial.
