Choose a webOS-compatible product
Note the model and software version in the television settings. HotPlayer and Duplecast list webOS support; check availability on your own TV. The current Smarters Pro website describes LG as “Coming Soon”, so do not assume that product is already available on LG.
Match the exact app name, developer and management address shown inside the application. Similar names can belong to separate products with different activation systems.
Identify the player before uploading a playlist
Some players accept a playlist on the television, while others use a web management portal. A MAC address or Device ID together with a Device Key identifies that player installation. Add your personal M3U URL only through its verified portal.
If the app explicitly provides Xtream login, enter the server, username and password in their individual fields. Do not substitute credentials into an unrelated login screen. Refresh the television’s playlist after saving.
Check both subscriptions separately
An app licence and an IPTV subscription may expire on different dates. When a player trial ends, it may require activation even though your content subscription is still valid. Check the software terms and your IPTV plan’s usage region before ordering.
Distinguish login failures from buffering
If no channels appear, first check the playlist URL and account information. If channels are listed but playback stalls, compare Ethernet with Wi-Fi and try another item. TV memory and codec support can also affect playback.
Close other streams using the account while testing: one concurrent connection is included. Send support the app name and error message. Avoid exposing account passwords or personal playlist links in public screenshots.
