Confirm the Android or Fire TV product
The developer lists Android TV, Android phones/tablets and Fire TV. Do not assume an Android app installs directly on a Tizen or webOS television; a compatible external device may be needed. Provider-branded variants may show different menus. Obtain the app from the correct developer source and record its version.
Keep Xtream and M3U paths separate
The documentation lists Xtream Codes, Xtream UI and M3U URL support from version 3.2.2. Choose the appropriate method offered by your version. Xtream uses separate account fields; M3U uses the entire personal URL. Save KAPTAN IPTV as the list name. If one method fails, confirm which format you received rather than trying random portal addresses.
Adjust player options deliberately
Compare picture or sound problems with another item. If your version offers an alternative player or decoder, change one option and test the same item again. Changing several options together makes diagnosis harder. Background apps and network conditions can also matter on Fire TV. Close other streams so that the account’s connection limit is not exceeded.
