Check Android and iOS separately
Televizo supports Android phones and tablets. Smarters Pro lists iOS on its official website. Verify the developer and device compatibility in the relevant store. TiviMate is designed around Android TV and should not be assumed to be optimised for phones.
On iPad, check the specific device support too. Versions carrying the same brand across different stores can have different features.
Add your personal playlist securely
Use the M3U URL or account method supported by the player. Check that copying and pasting did not introduce extra spaces. KAPTAN IPTV can be used as the playlist name.
Do not share account information in public groups. An M3U URL may contain a username and password. If a phone is lost, installing the player on a replacement device does not automatically revoke the old access; contact support.
Plan for mobile data and battery use
Video streaming consumes mobile data. The amount depends on bitrate, resolution and viewing time. With a limited allowance, use trusted Wi-Fi where possible and review your operator’s roaming terms before travelling.
Battery-saving features and background restrictions can affect playback. Start testing with the screen on under normal conditions. Comparing another network can help isolate a connection problem.
Stop the television stream first
An additional installation does not increase the plan’s connection allowance. Close playback on the television before using the same account on your phone. If travelling, check the region terms: a Turkey plan is limited to use inside Turkey.
